Bud Welch
On April 22, 1995, Bud Welch claims the dead body of his only daughter Julie from the rubble of the Oklahoma City Bombing. As his Texaco gas station closes, he turns to the bottle and contemplates suicide. He travels to meet the father of his daughter’s killer where he discovers a bigger victim than himself. Bud attempts to do everything in his power to keep this man’s son, Timothy McVeigh, from being executed by federal authorities.
